Micro cooling system
Control of the temperature of semiconductors plays a significant role in the performance of electric devices. We study thermodynamics in semiconductors to design a cooling system based on microfluidics. This study allows us to improve the efficiency of semiconductors which is a critical issue in electronic products.
Humidity and temperature control
As emerging more complicated semiconductor packages, optimal design to facilitate heat transfer is required. To do this, we first analyze the temperature or humidity profiles by considering the geometries of the circuits.
